Refund and Returns Policy
At DJ’s Biltong, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely happy with your order, our Refund and Returns Policy provides guidance on how to address your concerns.
Returns
You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Opened or partially consumed food products.
- Products that are damaged due to misuse or improper storage after delivery.
- Items purchased as part of clearance sales or marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- If rejected, we will contact you to discuss further steps.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us at info@djsbiltong.co.za.
How to Initiate a Return or Refund
To start a return or refund process:
- Email us at info@djsbiltong.co.za with your order number, details of the issue, and proof of purchase.
- Ship the item back to us at:

Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning items unless the product is defective or damaged.
